There's nothing much to do during the weekends but to be a couch-potato. Me, being happy that classes will be over soon :) Yeah baby!

When I was in grad school, i have my nails done weekly. i sooo love plain matte colors: red, black, blue, plum. I don't want to put on the glitter effects rather opt to dark and strong shades. Nowadays, I don't put on colored nails especially during school days coz I don't want my students focus on them instead of listening to me.. hehehe. But weekends are exception  :D

I love summer days coz i would have the freedom to change them any day i want and whatever color i like :) *devilish grin*

I've came across NYX on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/NYXCOSMETICSPAMP) I've ordered 20 pieces of round lipstick in different shades so i could sell to my colleagues and friends. I wanted them to look good, too! I got the narcissus for myself :) I wanted to purchase other products from them next time :) the owner is very accomodating and she really responds to queries and orders immediately. I ♥ my feet!

I always take care of them and pamper them. Before, i used to have foot spa once a month but i realized that it's not that good anyway.

I'm always busy with my schedule so i rarely have pedicure with my own manicurista. Don't trust saloon people that much unless you are a regular customer. Some would just perform pedicure without proper cleaning your nails. But, some are really true to their work. Learn to do it by yourself, it's fun!

I believe that clean feet reflects ones personality. With or without the nail polish, keeping it clean says so much that you are a tidy person. Try checking the feet of men, you will see who among them are clean and tidy :)

I would like to share to you products i used in pampering my feet:

Profeet by SaraLee

A peppermint foot blush spray you can use after washing your tired feet with soap or foot wash. Aside from this product, profeet by SaraLee offers foot wash, lotion and scrub. You don't need to go to a foot spa to pamper and get that rosy feet. Just a reminder, make sure you dry your feet before putting on your shoes or sandals coz it might stain those footwears :)

Aside from vanilla and lavander, i'm mesmerized by peppermint. Accoring to Harvard Medical School, peppermint is also an age-old herbal medicine that has been used to treat a wide range of abdominal woes, from flatulence to stomach cancer to gallbladder disease.

16th of February

It was my birthday :) I thank God for the 28 years of wonderful life He gave me.

Sweet stuffs from ssssooo sweet people for my birthday :)

I wore a white top with a red blazer instead of our red uniform.

On my way to school, i said to myself, "i won't expect anything at all!" so "I won't get hurt in case they forget my birthday" .. and i'm talking about my IV - St. Alphonsus Rodriguez class.

I am with them during first period in the morning. Guess what??? They haven't greeted me! hhhmmm. I haven't greeted Rasheed as well, it's his birthday, too!. But that's fine, maybe at the end of the period, they will sing a happy birthday song for me. When the bell rang, ooops! They just said bye ma'am and off they went to their classroom since we were having the class in the computer laboratory. Nah! i don't want to get mad on my birthday... i just said.. the day isn't over yet ... maybe! just maybe they have some surprise for me :) *ha! hoping :)

I was glad my colleagues greeted me and there were some who gave me presents on my table :)

After lunch, Junior and Senior students will have their JS Prom practice in the lobby. While preparing to go down from the Faculty workroom, Alou called me up and said if i can go out from the workroom because I have to sign their letter for their project. When, i got out from the door and peep down on the lobby, i saw my class :) singing the happy birthday song with the cake, flowers, balloons and confetties :)

I went down from the second floor and they still sang and hugged me while giving all those stuffs. The fun part: they let me pop all the balloons using my butt so i can read they're messages :) so sweet but painful.. lolz!

I never expected them to be that creative and they really let me feel that i'm special to them. of course! they are so special for me and they know that :) A birthday is just one of the ordinary days that we live. You will just remember it as the sign you were born on this earth. What makes it really special is when people around you especially the ones you really love: remember and take time to let you feel that you are special on the day you were born :)

Soon, they will leave the High School and will go on their own way apart from each other. But i'm pretty sure that the bond they have as a class will always stay and go on till they meet again. I look forward to seeing them become successful and I will be listening to them telling great stories they've created for themselves.

I use the green shade palette for everyday use.I tried to use the purple shade during 2 occasions and it looks good, too.

I love to reinvent and discover new things on make-up. 

I would like to learn how to create the smoky eyes effect in the near future. :)

Just recently, i have been interested in watching video tutorials on putting make-up. Hoping to have more time for that since I'm working :)

Skin Food

I love the water! When there's no work, I would pamper my self by taking time in the bathroom :)

My all-time bath soap

 My day won't be complete without this papaya soap :)  Definitely, helped me have whiter and glowing skin. Try it, too!

At night, when i feel like taking a bath i opt to use shower gel with lavender scent. Thanks to the brother of my hubby, who sent me a Vivien Taylor hot4u perfume and shower gel package. I'll use it this V-day and my Bday @.@

This is my first time to blog about beauty & make-up but definitely not the last :)

Lipstick: a must-have anywhere i go!

I just bought this yesterday and i soooo liked it! It gives you that natural, soft, pinkish lips. I recommend it for daily wear.

2. avon ultra moisture rich24k gold lipstick
    shade: ruby in gold
I'm no fan of avon lipstick until i tried their ultra moisture rich collection. It really moisturizes your lips and very light to use. The shade gives you that red and shining lips because of the specks of gold dust with it.

3. avon ultra moisture rich moisture seduction lipstick with spf15
    shade: tangerine
This is the first shade i bought in avon which gives you a natural, smooth lips.

4. Long Last Lipstick
    shade:Rouge Flamboyant
A gift from my aunt. Once you glide it on your lips, it gives you that smooth bloody red shade. I love to wear my red lips at night outs!
